When facing cancer many things are out of your control, including hair loss. It’s important for many women to keep their appearance exactly the same. Yet, finding a wig that matches their current hairstyle can be frustrating.

To help ease this stress GIRL ON THE GO created Look Just Like You, a unique service that custom cuts and styles wigs so women look and feel just like themselves! This makes wearing a wig a seamless transition and shopping for one a breeze.

We ask our clients to email or send us their head measurements, their photos or photos what they want their hair to look like.  (Sometimes clients send us photos of celebrities or hairstyles they admire even it is from a magazine).

We take special care to match your color to one of our wigs (taking into account highlights as well as lowlights). We then size, custom cut and style the wig to look just like you, right in our shop. We discreetly pack it and send it off.  The words wig or cancer are not on the box or label. Your privacy is completely assured.

For us, re-creating your cut is as easy as an artist painting the landscape in front of him. Our stylists are talented and have years of experience.  Feel free to email us your photo. We will be happy to contact you and discuss how we can recreate your hair as a wig, just for you!

Two Easy Steps

To Order A Girl on the Go! Custom Designed Wig.

1)     Email [email protected]  photos of what you want your wig  to look like.  Photos of your Front, Back, and Side Views are preferable. If that is not possible please send one good head shot so we can clearly see your style and color. (Please note once we get your photos we may ask you to also send a swatch of your hair in the mail if we need a closer look at your color to ensure the best possible color match.)

2) Follow the simple step by step instructions on how to measure your head and email us the three head measurements we need to ensure a good and comfortable fit  (click here for head measuring instructions)
